Seeking personable full-time Receptionist, with exceptional organizational, time management, and front office skills for a Real Estate company located by the airport. Able to manage multi line phones, greet clients, distribute mail, prepare FedEx packages. Other duties include office supply ordering, travel coordination, maintain office-wide databases, coordinate catering events for the office, and other general admin duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will be customer service oriented and must be able to multi-task with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proper phone etiquette and communication skills (written and verbal) required.
Previous experience in an office⁄customer service environment is a must.
Work hours are M-Th. 8:30-5:30 F 8:00-5:00
